Pocket Wafer

Moretec Material offers pocket wafers, also known as wafer adapter, designed to enable the processing of smaller substrates on existing equipment. For example, 4" wafer can be processed on 8" equipment. Our pocket wafers are primarily made from monocrystalline standard silicon wafers, quartz and ceramics. We have a wide range of standard products in stock for customers to choose from. In addition to these standard offerings, our in-house manufacturing capabilities enable full customization of wafer diameter, thickness, as well as pocket shape, size, and depth to meet specific requirements.
