Precision Machining

We are proud of our top-class technical capabilities among manufacturers of fine ceramics, silicon, and quartz. There is no limit to the precision demanded by our customers, which is becoming more and more sophisticated as time and technology change.

In order to keep up with such demands, we are constantly pursuing stable high-precision machining and repeatedly conducting test machining to further enhance our technical capabilities. Using machine tools such as 3-axis and linear specification milling machines, we perform a variety of machining operations such as external shape machining, drilling, unevenness machining, grooving, and screw machining on difficult-to-machine materials.

We are also capable of 3D machining of curved surfaces and three-dimensional shapes, as well as drilling holes in such special shapes. In addition, we also specialize in deep hole drilling on the side surface.

Our Equipment

To ensure the rapid production of high-precision, high-quality products, our manufacturing facilities are equipped with specialized machinery, including milling machine and machining center equipment.

All equipment used in our production is made in Japan, ensuring superior reliability and performance.

 

To maintain the highest level of accuracy, all machines are inspected daily and undergo regular maintenance. We have established a comprehensive production system to fully meet our customers’ requirements.​ In addition, we continuously pursue new processing technologies through ongoing research and development.

Precision Silicon Products

We manufacture internal components mainly for semiconductor equipment.
Silicon is the most commonly used semiconductor material. High-purity silicon is used for both silicon wafers and semiconductor processing components to minimize particles and contamination.

 

Columnar crystal silicon is available in large sizes and offers superior mechanical strength over a wide temperature range. Moreover, it has better machinability than single crystal silicon, allowing for reduced chipping and cracking during processing.

We can manufacture wafer rings, pocket wafers, electrodes, screws and pins.​​

Quartz Parts

Compared to ceramics, quartz and heat-resistant glass can generally be produced in larger sizes, and both material and processing costs are often lower. They are widely used for applications that take advantage of their thermal properties and chemical resistance.

We meet the diverse needs of our customers in quartz manufacturing by providing high-quality materials and advanced processing technologies. In addition, we can manufacture based on existing design drawings or support customers during the design phase, ensuring that their quartz products meet even the most stringent technical requirements with confidence.

Fine Ceramics

We specialize in precision machining of  ceramics utilizing advanced machining equipment and diamond grinding tools.

These materials offer exceptional functionality and performance, meeting the most demanding requirements for product development and manufacturing across a wide range of industries.

They are particularly well-suited for components used in liquid crystal display manufacturing and semiconductor processes (including wafer fabrication, processing, assembly, and inspection), where high purity, rigidity, and precision are essential.

In general industrial machinery, these materials also provide excellent resistance to wear, heat, and chemicals.


Our capabilities include machining fine ceramics such as alumina, silicon carbide, silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, and zirconia to meet diverse customer requirements.
